Shoe Sizing & Heel Measurement

 

Stand (with your full weight) on a sheet of A4 paper. Draw around your foot.
Measure your foot length from toe to heel, then compare with our shoes length on the chart below. Please allow at least 3mm extra space. For example, if you are female and your actual foot length is 26.1cm, then you should order our size 7 which has a sole length of 26.5cm.

Heels are measured down the centre of the heel.

RoTate UK deliver worldwide.  Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • UK: Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and arrive within approximately 3 -  5 working days. Shipping costs by order value: £4.99 (up to £100 order);  £10 (for £100 -£250 order) FOC for orders over £250
  • Europe: Orders are dispatched by Airmail and arrive within approximately 7-10 days. Shipping costs by order value: £9.99 (up to £50 order); £15 (from £50 to £100 order); £15 (for £100 - £150 order) please email for larger orders 
  • Worldwide: Orders are dispatched by Airmail and arrive within approximately 14 days. Shipping costs by order value: £15 (up to £50 order); £25 (from £50 to £100 order); £30 (for £100 - £150 order) please email for larger ordes

At RoTate UK, we want you to be as happy as possible with your dance shoes. If you are not happy with your shoes for any reason, return them to us within 30 days, unworn, and we’ll be happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund.

If you want to exchange your shoes - please return them for refund & re order the new pair for a speedy delivery - or if you can wait , return them with a note of the exchange pair required & we will send the excange once received .

Please note that  return postage is not refundable but there is no further postage charge to send exchanged shoes.
